Brannia provides Digital Marketing Training opportunities either as internship or as on-job training. However, there is a screening and selection process before the opportunity is offered.
Brannia provides a very structured Digital Marketing Training with a focus on developing quality candidates. Training pedagogy involves 40% theory classes and 60% on-job practical projects. There are regular assessments over time and suggestions are given for improvements. Training is restricted to a very limited batch size and almost all the successful candidates are offered permanent job opportunity within Brannia itself. As such, these training programs act as gateway to permanent job opportunities with brannia. Hence, there is a selection process for quality control.
Opportunities are open to anybody who is interested in the respective fields. However, there are two levels of eligibility criteria:
1. Naïve candidates or freshers looking to learn the skills. Selected candidates are considered for internship opportunities in respective fields.
2. Candidates who have 3-5 years of experience in other fields and who are looking to learn the skills of Digital Marketing. Selected candidates are considered for training opportunities.
All the candidates have to undergo some general tests in aptitude and communication skills before the opportunity is offered. Tests at both the levels – freshers or experienced – are different.
There are separate durations for internship and training:
1. Internship is offered for 02 months only. Sometimes depending upon the college curriculum, we have provided flexibilities of +/- 15 days.
2. Training is offered for 03 months only. So, in a 05-month programme for a fresher, first 02 months shall be considered as internship, and next 03 months shall be considered as training.
There is no fee for internship or training both. Instead, candidates are paid during training period. There is a small Registration Fee which you can check before submitting your application on our jobs portal – jobs.brannia.com.
There are no stipend during internship. Candidates need to manage their expenses themselves. Any project related expenses, with due prior-approval, are reimbursed.
A fix monthly stipend of 10,000/- is paid each month during the training period. The opportunity becomes extremely viable for those experienced candidates who are paying hefty amounts for other Digital Marketing courses, and are mostly learning theoretical knowledge only. In our case, we shall be paying the candidates as well as training them with theory and practical projects both.
Selected candidates who pass our internship evaluations are considered for training opportunities. Selected candidates who pass our training evaluations are offered permanent employment opportunities with Brannia without any probation period. Job offers start from 1.8 LPA and may vary up to 4.5 LPA depending upon their performance during the training period. Our assessment processes are designed to reward those who perform better.
All the opportunities are Full Time opportunities currently available only at our corporate office at B-5, Sector-9, Noida. We are soon to start another location in South Delhi. This shall be updated on our website shortly.
